Very poor service and badly managed organisation

Although the badges say Michael, my name is Dave as it says in my email address. I placed the order on the 3rd Feb but yet to receive anything. I have emailed for an update but not received a reply. I can’t say anything positive as my experience has not been a good one.

Hi i.asked for photo badge and got A happy 40th I wanted a picture of my grandparents on a badge for st Patrick's day who have both passed away and got Happy 40th jane. Sp bit upset and.cost.me 6.99

Thanks for your review and I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. I See quite clearly from your order that you ordered the following: 5 x Pink Customisable Birthday Photo Badge Product Total £4.75 Product Badge Size: 50mm Badge Upload Photo: FB_IMG_1548424108346.jp Name: HIDDEN Age: HIDDEN If you look at your confirmation email that was sent to you at 25 Jan 2019 13:52:13 you will clearly see what was ordered. This would also have been visible on your checkout and if you look at the invoice in your packaging. You where sent a birthday badge with a custom name / age because that is exactly what you ordered.

Unfortunately I only got 2 badges! I ordered 8! Still waiting for 6 more to arrive, before the event 🙁

I placed an order on 12th January and haven’t received anything yet. I’ve emailed 3 times and had no response so I can’t say I’m very impressed. One star seems generous...

I can confirm we have replied to each of your emails, each with the same response. Before we could proceed, we needed you to approve the artwork proof. Without your approval we where unable to continue with your order. Each reply contained the proof but to date we have not had a reply.

Hi I see from your order that your order was due to leave us on the 19th December, however your order was sent on he 13th the very next working day after ordering. I can see that you did message us after we closed on the day your ordered to advised that you had made a mistake with your address, missing out your door number. I can however see why you have not received your order. When you ordered you entered the first 3 letters of your delivery postcode of SW1. You then messaged to advise that you had missed out the door number and gave us the FULL address telling us how it should read, including a different postcode of SW2. I have sent you a copy of the message in an email. I have just cros-schecked with Royal Mail and can see that when you asked us to correct your address you gave us an incorrect postcode to change it to. Consequently it will be this reason your order has not yet arrived. Sometimes Royal Mail will return the order to us, sometimes they will try and locate the correct postcode. Give the time of year I am not sure how they will proceed. If we get the order back, as it was not a custom badge, we will issue a refund for the badge itself.

Thanks for your feedback. As a company it is always frustrating for us to find out about non-receipt of orders via reviews, especially expedited orders such as yours that are needed in a hurry. Review invites are sent 2 weeks after ordering so it would have been great to have had some contact to let us know that they had not arrived. At least that way we can see what we can do to help. In this case I see we emailed you the next working day after ordering to let you know that the image provided was unsuitable for the badge chosen. Your order was for a circular image however had your photo been placed in a circle ‘as is’ most of the content would not be visible. We therefore emailed to ask if you could extend the background. As we could not progress without your approval/feedback it has not been completed. I will arrange for a refund once we open after the holidays.

I placed an order for some simple text-only badges but no badges were sent (I waited four weeks). When I wrote to ask where my badges were, a refund was issued. No explanation. No apology. I wrote again to ask why and, thus far, my email has been ignored.

I still have not received my badges, and I have emailed and called on numerous occasions and I have not been contacted back. I would like a refund as I have missed the occasion it was for.

I ordered the badge on 9th November 2018. I was informed it was shipped on the 12 th it is now the 19th and still no sign of order. I have messaged them twice on their website still have not received any reply. Obviously the birthday of the person order was for gas now passed. Very disappointed would not use this company again.

Thanks for getting in touch by both email and review, however your comments are somewhat unfair. Firstly, I am sorry you have not received your order, which as you rightfully say was shipped sometime ago. The first we knew about this was via your first message, as per your comments. What you did not mention or consider was your message was sent on Saturday, when we are closed. Your second message, a complaint about not receiving a reply, was at 7.22am this morning, still when we where closed and we had not had chance to even see your first message. Even this review was left over an hour before we opened. So 2 emails and a review all during a time we are closed, so we have not been given any chance to even see what may have happened and reply. When I replied to your second message we had been open only 55 minutes. As per my reply your order will be refunded due to it not being received.

I was charged over £11 from my account then emailed and told the image I had sent in was not appropriate. I sent in a new image and no further information has been given, not the product I paid for delivered. Disgraceful.

Thanks for getting in touch by way of a review, it is a pity you have not responded to our emails or contacted us about this. Your first image was unsuitable as you had used another companies designer to do artwork, screenshoted it and then uploaded it to us to create, possibly as we are cheaper perhaps? Not only are images captured in this way poor low resolution but in many cases you do not own the artwork until you have paid them for that artwork. We advised you that the image was unsuitable and you sent an alterntive. Since then you have not approved the proof, so we have not proceeded. Your order has now been refunded.

I haven’t received the badges I ordered because they were put on hold and despite several emails I sent asking for my money back (around 40 pounds) i’ve never got any response from the badge Centre. I ordered in the past and everything went smooth but this time i’m Fairly disappointed. Probably won’t use the Badge Centre in the future, unless i’ll Get my money back.

Ordered badges for a show - No communication, send various emails and phone calls to no response. Once I got through to them a day before I needed them, they apologised and said they would send the badges straight to the show. They then sent them to the wrong address. Again, no response or communication that this was happening.

Badges did not arrive in time even though special delivery was paid for and then a new batch was sent out a week later and the colour quality was appalling. What should have been a bright yellow badge was pale brown/yellow.

Hi Lisa As per the email I sent you, which clearly you have not waited to read before leaving a review, your file was printed as provided. The issue caused was you supplied an RGB file (a colour format intended for screen) and not a correct CMYK file. Consequently RGB files appear ‘washed out’ when printed because paper does not have the light that a screen has. Afraid this was totally at fault of your own artwork. If you google RGB vs CMYK you will see the issue.
