Will never use you again. I specifically asked you to cancel the order if you could not deliver on time. You didn't bother to respond, you don't answer your phone, you don't enable me to see the product as will be printed, so it's all done on guess work. You don't enable me to amend the order from 3 to 1 so paid for more than I needed because starting again was too much hassle. I paid extra for same day delivery and it was delivered too late for use....party was over by the time they arrived. I have contacted you for a refund but no response.

1: you placed your order and chose same day dispatch (not deliver) and your order was sent same day, via Royal Mail, as selected. It could not have been sent any quicker and our options are very clear 2: there is no badge preview on the site, there never has been, but that seemed okay to you at the time you ordered? 3: you can update the quantity in your cart. It’s very easy, you change the number using your keyboard. If you had 3 in your basket, it is because you added 3, not us, we are not sipping you doing anything. 4: it is not a lot of hassle to start again, you delete the product in the same way you update, and add it again, just takes a few seconds from start to finish. 5: we do answer phones, as long as we are open. Refer to our opening hours on the site 6: I cannot find a single email from you, this review is the first thing I can find. 7: if you send the item back, we will refund your order and the return postage costs.

Hi, I ordered badges where I attached an image. I thought the image would cover the whole badge however the badges have come with a white outline. I am unhappy with the finish, it was not made clear that the badge would have a white outline, is there anyway this can be corrected? Kind Regards Anita

Thanks for getting in touch via reviews. You could have gave us a call or email perhaps as this is the first we have heard from you about your issue. I can see from your order that you added a rectangular image, to be added onto a round badge. This can go either one of 2 ways, either there is a slight border so that you can see as much of the image as possible, or the image covers the badge. The consequences of covering the badge would have meant, in this case, the sides of the people faces would have gone off the edge of the badge. A square peg will never fit into a round hole, as they say. We could have covered the badge with the image, but then the two people in the picture would have then lost the sides of their faces. We therefore position the image as best as possible. You are welcome to return the badges to us and we will be happy to provide a full refund.

It came too late, which was probably my fault but I allowed over 8 days, but it was just a waste of money and I wouldn't have given it anyway as it was poor and boring

I’m not happy with the service I’m still waiting for my 2 orders that was supposed to come last Saturday what on earth is going on with my order when will I get my orders when I did the order I put a note to say a specific day which was my sons christening on Sunday 26th May that’s what they were for and they still have not bloody come

Thanks for getting in touch. As per our email, your order could not be completed as it was simply not compatible with what you ordered. You chose to order a 25mm badge, which is the smallest badge we offer. During the order process we also make you aware how small the 25mm are and advise that we do have larger badges, we do this to avoid disappointment. Your order notes requested that an uploaded image be added onto a badge along with a total of 42 text characters. When you consider the size of the badge, the text would need to be large and this would cover the photo. For that reason you where emailed and we did not proceed with your orders pending your reply. As your event has now passed I will of course arrange a refund. When ordering it is very important to choose a badge size that is suitable for your requirements and to respond to any emails that we may send.

I’m really disappointed. I placed my order on 3rd May. It’s now the 17th May and I have still not received my order! I wanted these badges to give as gifts to my A Level students and they now haven’t arrived in time as they left for study leave today. I feel very let down by this service as there were cheaper options but I thought these were a better choice. I now regret this decision.

Hi, I see you placed your order in the evening of Friday 3rd and during checkout selected "Dispatch in 3 working days by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery)" Your order was therefore dispatched on the 9th May, the 3rd working day afterwards. Perhaps you did not take into account the weekend and bank holiday between them dates? Our dispatch dates to do include weekends or bank holidays as there is no postal collection services. Apologies that your order arrived later than you had planned, we do however clearly display our dispatch times. As a gesture of good will I have arranged for your order to be refunded.

Thanks for your order and review. I can see your order was sent in time, however upon looking at your delivery address it appears incomplete maybe? The postcode is the same as your billing address but it does not include the house name/number/street name. This may be the cause of the delay or non-delivery.

I am very disappointed. My order still has not arrived even though I was assured it would get to me within three working days. The event I needed the badges for was LAST WEEK Friday and yet they have STILL not arrived a week later!! I would like to receive a refund and an explanation as to why the order has still not arrived!

Really not happy with your service! I ordered these badges for a stag party on the 6th April, you now have an out of office on till the 1st! If the badges do not arrive in time then forget them and return my money! You should have informed me you would be closed when you emailed on the 13th March double checking badge details! Not impressed with your service

Hi Sorry to hear you are unhappy. You appear to have assumed that as we have an out of office reply to our emails that orders are on hold. Before we closed ALL orders were completed and dispatched. Your order left us before we closed for the week, our first week being closed in 6 years, so that we can go on our honeymoon. Us being closed was not something that you needed to be informed of simply as it did not and would not have affected your order. If you login and checked your order status this is something that you would clearly see. For clarification, at the time of this reply, we have only been closed for for half a day (last Friday). It is now only 10.20am on Monday morning. Given we are only open half day on Friday, we have been closed for under 5 working hours. I am sorry this caused you concern. Orders that have been placed after we closed for the week have had had the dispatch periods set accordingly. For example, when ordering this morning would only show the option of ‘dispatch in 7 working days’ during checkout. This afternoon that will change to 6 working days.

It was delivered to late so not used wanted it for sat 16 th March but came Monday 18 th March . Was ordered 7 th March so thought would of been delivered in plenty of time .

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked at your order and the dates that you quoted for delivery seem exactly what I would expect with your order, based on your selection. Yes, you ordered on the 7th, however at 23.30, so we would not see the order until the following day. During checkout you selected (Dispatch in 5 working days - allow 1/2 days for delivery). You order left us on the Thursday ( the 5th working day) and arrived on the second working day afterwards We do offer quicker dispatch options, however you chose the 5 working day option.

I am very sorry about leaving this review, but after more than 2 weeks since ordering (and having paid the extra hefty surcharge for express delivery) I didn't receive the goods. I have been received some support on email, but only to confirm that there was no record of the shipment, a part some memory that this was repacked. I am very disappointed, as we had promised the badges for an event and got a lot of disappointed people. I won't make the same mistake on using them again.

Hi brought badges with my daughters name on them to wear at a 21st birthday pub session . The sessions was in her university town and we wanted everyone to know we wear partying . The web site was easy to use and The badges were great and very well priced making it easy to buy on a large number . Thank you for your hard work . Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. I can see we have sent two emails, the first one with a proof for your approval and the second in response to your email asking for an update. We have not had a response to either. Your order has now been refunded.
