Ordered nearly one month ago and still no badges. No reply to emails. Will not be using this company again. Have requested a refund. Says orders take 7 days!

Hi Not quite the full story.... but let me assist you. As you are already aware, your order was not accepted by us as the images you asked to be on your badges where ‘stolen’ and subject to trademark. We are unable to use images on badges that are the intellectual property of a third party. As the images you asked to go on your badge belong to Disney, we where unable to progress your order. Consequently a refund was issued and this was actioned yesterday. As a result of this refund you where sent an automated email advising you as such. Shortly after this you emailed to advise you had not received the badges and asked for a refund, which had already been processed. I appreciate your disappointment however the law is the law and we will not knowingly use images that are subject to copyright or trademark.

Three days before my mums hen weekend they cancelled my order and refunded my money due to me checking why I hadn’t received the order I placed nearly two weeks prior. Lynette jay is the lady I spoke to who was very defensive and instead of finding a quick solution, thought it best to make an investigation as to who I spoke to regarding my checks rather than resending me the email they were supposed to have sent. They don’t answer their phones when they say on their website they are open, I even sent an email which states they can be contacted 24 hours a day and no one replied to that either. I have never known such bad customer service in my life and I’m incredibly upset that instead of apologising for not being contactable they have instead created a huge problem which resulted in telling me I can’t have my order. All because I misunderstood where my proof was being sent and I couldn’t check once I hadn’t received it because they don’t always answer their phones

Awful service. I had a complex order, so The Badge Centre lied and told me my order was dispatched. After waiting a long time, I asked why the badges hadn't arrived. Rather than admitting they weren't able to fullfil my important order they persisted on lying about delayed deliveries. Only refunded, when I had chased this up multiple times. AVOID THIS COMPANY. When I said I would have no choice but to leave a few bad reviews if I don't receive my order in the end, they said I was threatening them and advised they would take civil action against me for damages to them if I leave reviews....

My personalised order for my sisters hen party badges came with the wrong photo on. So I had 32 badges with someone else's face on, and no time for the error to be resolved. Very disappointed.

Hi Lucy Thanks for your review and as per my email a while back I apologise for the error. I can see the incorrect photo was added an under normal circumstances we would simply send out replacements, however as we where contacted this afternoon (outside of hours - we close at noon on a Friday) we had no way to arrange for corrected badges to be sent in time for tomorrow. For this reason you where issued a full refund, as also outlined in our email communication. I am afraid that like with most companies where human intervention occurs, mistakes can happen and this is one of them cases. We aim to be perfect but alas we can only try our best and accept when we get it wrong. Once again, apologies for the error.

It's hard to review something that hasn't arrived. Although I had an email to say parcel was dispatched lady Fri (7 days ago) it has still not arrived. The badges were for a hen party tomorrow which I am leaving for today m, so I'm very disappointed my money was wasted!

Hi I am sorry to hear that your badges have not arrived, it is a pity that you did not get in touch with us so that we could look into it for you! All of our orders are sent First Class or by a more premium services, so you should have had them very quickly. As you have not had your badges I have arranged a full refund for you.

I never received the badge. Nothing wrong with the company or the service they were more than helpful it's the failure in the postal system. The badge was posted but never got to me.

I ordered my badge on 9th July, still haven't received it. Have sent an email requesting an update and heard nothing. Have rang numerous times and no answer and then you have the cheek to send me an email asking me to rate my experience ????

Not really sure what to say, but clearly something is a miss in some way. Firstly I can see your order was dispatched weeks ago and you sent us an email shortly afterwards for a status update, which I personally replied too and have had no response. I am sorry your badge did not arrive but my response did give you options (replacement or refund). With regards to not answering phones, we are here every weekday and our phones are working perfectly fine. All our incoming and outgoing calls are logged for 12 months, but as there was no number provided with your order I am unable to search for your 'calls' to check when and what time you 'tried to call'. Oddly enough, I note that you have been able to contact us to cancel a different order that you made in error?? The full amount of £2.50 (including postage) for the missing order has already been refunded.

I can see from your original email that we did indeed reply to ask if you would prefer for us to send replacements, or issue a refund. We did not get any response so assumed the badges had arrived since you contacted us. Your order has been refunded.

I emailed you to tell you I paid for and the receipt was for 13 x badges (as we have a group of 13) and you only posted 10. You have not replied to my email and I am not impressed. Will not use again.
