“Very easy to do and understand. The badge centre was quick to have it done. Only issue is be nice to have a choice of delivery service as royal mail service in my area is never next day delivery.”

Thanks for your order and we are sorry to hear that you feel your item was a bit pricey for what it was. I see that you did not order a badge, you ordered one of our In Case of Emergency cards. These cards are fully customised to your exact requirements and are made using the same materials and equipment used to make identification cards. We only charge £5.50 for these cards which represents excellent value for money, especially when you consider that the same cards for ID purposes are marketed at over 4x that price. Our cards are made of PVC, the same as a credit/debit card and are extremely durable. We are also the only company that we are aware of that offered these fully printed ICE cards. I am sure that over time you will see just how durable these cards are.

“The badge principle is good. For me inadequate space for emergency contact 1. Contact 2 was my NHS number I believe essential Info. The other info space I suggest could be reduced to accommodate this as it would be one line. I sure you know what records this allows NHS to access”

“The badges arrived quickly and the time was taken to make the photos look spot on for what I wanted. They looked great but the only slight downside is that the badges themselves come undone really easily and rend to fall off.”

“They sent the wrong size badges at first (25mm instead of 38mm) but this was rectified immediately, I got to keep the 25mm ones and the replecments were expedited and arrived the following day.”
