“The badges looked great. I was concerned when I called on the Thursday afternoon as they hadn't arrived by the Wednesday that I had paid extra for and they where still sitting in the post tray. Luckily you agreed to send them by 9 the next morning when I had to leave and they arrived in time.”

Hi Joanne. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback.... glad you liked the badges :) I have looked into your order and can see that it was indeed shipped later than it should have been. Although they arrived in time, I can see that you did not get them as quick as you should. I have therefore arranged for a refund of your delivery charge.
