“The badges were great really pleased with them and how quick they came. Only thing I was a little bit disappointed with is the bottom of the picture that we chose was cut off witch was the funny part of the picture”

“In general I'm really pleased with service and quality. The people who have received the badges have loved them. They have attracted attention on social media so I've needed to order a second run to meet demand (it's a fan share item that I am funding myself). I think the cost per unit is good value and the clarity and positioning of the image I uploaded is very good. Only slight criticism is that of 30 badges, four had cracks or peeling so I had to write them off. However still very good and much better result than a competitor who I used initially.”

Many thanks for your review and thanks for choosing The Badge Centre again. Really pleased the badges went down well, but we are not so pleased that some where not up to the standard that they should have been, definitely not good enough from our point of view. I have arranged for some replacements, with a few extras, which should get to you very soon. Thanks again for your time and apologies for the inconvenience.

“Prompt, and high quality product for a short order of button badges. Only one thing that could be improved which is providing some sort of proof available before the badges are printed to be sure of alignment etc. Will use again.”

“Really well made and arrived quickly. The only thing I’d say is the picture I chose was a bit dark, I couldn’t see that when I ordered so would have been helpful it the photo was lightened or if you had advised me and I could have picked another. Otherwise they will work so I am happy with them”

I am sorry to hear that you found 40p per custom badge expensive. Your total order of 25 badges, including delivery was £11.50. You paid 40p per badge plus delivery. Not really sure what price you are used to.......... but we have to buy components, they have to have artwork done, your badges printed, cut out and made (by hand). As prices are visible before ordering I am unsure why you would comment on price after ordering.... a true fist for us.

“i placed an order for badges, the order process was relatively simple and it was useful to have the option of ordering smaller quantities (nost companies have a minimum of a 1000) The order didn't arrive on time and I had to call to chase it up. When I chased the order up they resent out a new set of badges that arrived the next day. The badges are good quality and look exactly how I expected them to look.”

“Hi i placed my order around the 16th feb, i didnt receive them, so placed another order on the 22nd feb, fortunately received them on the 23rd which was the day i needed them, phew!, still havent received the first order a mystery.”

“The badge quality is fantastic, price was great and the delivery was speedy. I explain how I would like the picture on the badge but it came through different. I’m still happy with them but wasn’t quite how I’d asked for. Still very very good”

“Order received quickly.I requested seeing a sample prior to delivery, as the photograph wasn't a very good one, however I received no response to the request. The badges turned out ok.”

Thanks for your feedback, glad the badges turned out okay. With regards to the proof, you did ask to see a sample 'if possible'. As you chose a template design we do not send out proofs. This is simply as we only replace the sample text with yours, and the sample photo with yours. There is no extra work or changes made to template designs. In such an instance a proof would be redundant as the photo would look exactly the same if we emailed it to you, as when you uploaded it for us to use.
