The badge is good quality but I only received one of the two badges I ordered.

The badges arrived within the timescales given and look good. I did have to use a glue gun on three of them as the clasps were moving around a lot. Thanks.

Whilst the information provided at the time of ordering regarding dispatching of the badge was noted, having ordered the badge over a week before it was required (3rd June) i.e ordered online on 25th May the badge arrived on Friday 2nd June, I was not impressed with the service. The badge was quite small too.

I am sorry that you are not impressed with the service, however we are not clear why based on your review and the delivery options you chose. Firstly, I can see that you did indeed order on the 25th May and that out of all the available delivery options you selected the 'FREE - dispatch in 5 working days' option. This means that your order was requested to be dispatched on the 1st June (the 5th working day). This is exactly what we did and reading your review we note that it arrived the very next day on the 2nd June. Therefore the dispatch and delivery was exactly as requested and the badge arrived in time for your required date. For this reason we cannot understand your negative review and comments. With regards to the size, we offer that particular badge in 4 sizes; 38mm, 50mm, 59mm and 75mm. We do not use sizes/scales such as XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL etc... we instead use the actual size of the badge. You chose the 38mm size badge which is..... well.... 38mm in size. We have no control over the size of the badge that you order and we sent the size requested and paid for. There where larger badges available but you selected the smallest size. To that end, I am non sure what we could have done to impress you, especially as that week included a bank holiday and the team work extra hard to get orders out in a shorter working week.

The badge was lovely quality, only problem I ordered 2 and only got 1! It was for a special occasion so no time to get another. I contacted badge centre and they refunded me immediately the full amount for both badges which I though was very reasonable.

The badge took too long to arrive, too late for my friends birthday which is what I wanted it for.

Thank you for your message and glad you received your badges. I can see that your order was placed on the 28th March and that during checkout you selected the 'dispatch in 5 working days' option. Your order was therefore dispatched on the 4th April, which was the the 5th working day. All orders are made from scratch (we do not keep stock of any badges). and it is for that reason we do state 'dispatch times' during checkout, on the delivery options, on all product pages and in order confirmation emails. We have found that on occasion people believe the badges will be delivered in 5 working days and not dispatched in 5 working days, which can be a cause of confusion and we are looking at ways to make this more clear. We have recently highlighted the delivery option in confirmation emails to be in bold and red to ensure as best we can to make customers aware and to avoid disappointment. Again I am sorry you are disappointed with the time it took to deliver your badges but I can assure you that in 6 years I am not able to recall a single order that was dispatched later than the dispatch option chosen, with most dispatched a day or so sooner.

Only recd one of two badges ordered. When I complained,I just recd a part refund with no ex gratia payment or apology. Won't use you again. Alan Emery

Hi Alan. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have looked at your order and can see that when you reported the missing badge your request was very clear and you specifically asked for the amount of £1.65 to be credited to your PayPal account, which was done promptly as requested. I can also see that an apology was sent notifying of the refund and providing a discount code off a future order as a gesture of goodwill. I am sorry that you are disappointed and I hope you can understand that we do make mistakes and once we are made aware of them we are very quick to do what we can to rectify them in anyway. This was a mistake that should not have happened and we fully take that on board.
