“"The badges were fab and my daughters loved them. I was however disappointed in the service. I paid for the express service and although I appreciate that this does not guarantee express delivery I did not expect it to take three days from being dispatched using the advertised Royal Mail first class post. Unfortunately the badges did not arrive in time for my daughters birthdays”
