Hi Alan. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I have looked at your order and can see that when you reported the missing badge your request was very clear and you specifically asked for the amount of £1.65 to be credited to your PayPal account, which was done promptly as requested. I can also see that an apology was sent notifying of the refund and providing a discount code off a future order as a gesture of goodwill. I am sorry that you are disappointed and I hope you can understand that we do make mistakes and once we are made aware of them we are very quick to do what we can to rectify them in anyway. This was a mistake that should not have happened and we fully take that on board.

“The badges looked great. I was concerned when I called on the Thursday afternoon as they hadn't arrived by the Wednesday that I had paid extra for and they where still sitting in the post tray. Luckily you agreed to send them by 9 the next morning when I had to leave and they arrived in time.”

Hi Joanne. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback.... glad you liked the badges :) I have looked into your order and can see that it was indeed shipped later than it should have been. Although they arrived in time, I can see that you did not get them as quick as you should. I have therefore arranged for a refund of your delivery charge. Hope this is okay and I am glad that the badges where great :). Lynette x
