“Good quality badges able to see the picture, I didnt even mind that half the Brides body got cut off in the photo as you could see the picture and wording clearly, delivery was good as well”

“The only thing I would have liked would be a box to say what you wanted. I had to write in brackets that I wanted black lettering on yellow in the same box that I was writing the text. I didn't have artwork to upload. An explanation box would be good I think.”

Hi Thanks for your review. The box you typed the text in, is the box to tell us what you would like on your badge. The idea of the box is to let us know everything you would like for us to know when processing your order. There is also an extra info box during checkout, which I see you also used.

Hi Ann Many thanks for your review and we are really pleased that you like your badges. We was concerned that your badges did not arrive in time for your expectations, but upon looking at your order you chose "Dispatch in 3 working days by First Class Royal Mail (allow additional 1-2 days for delivery)". We do not actually offer a 2 day delivery service, perhaps that may have been another website? Really glad they arrived safe ad sound though and we look forward to seeing you again soon :)

“Ordered a one off badge on the Monday evening and asked if they could get it back to me on Thursday latest - I received it on the Wednesday first class post. Postage cost more than the badge - great service for a one off design”
