“The badges arrived very quickly and are very good. However, I tried calling the number on the website on and off for three days without ever getting a response, which was very frustrating.”

“Great badges easy access and format when uploading great email service although once shipped and delivered it could state that it’s been delivered as doesn’t always state that on the emails once received just for future records a little show on delivery though”

HiLinton Sorry to hear that the badges arrived later then expected. I see from your order that it was placed on the afternoon of Saturday the 15th and you selected dispatch in 3 working days. Your order was therefore sent on the Wednesday 19th as requested. It is important to note that our estimates are not deliver in.... but dispatch in. This maybe where this can cause confusion, however as the badges have to go through various stages we do have to have the minimum of 3 days for orders such as yours (customised badges)

“Good service, good product well received, however digital platform not good, no confirmation of order, or status of an order, or despatch confirmation, in fact, nothing for a week until it turned up in the letterbox. So well done on the product, less so on the customer experience and information.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we are thrilled that you like the badges. Always a pleasure to hear! I am concerned to hear that you are not satisfied with the communication aspect, we totally understand that knowing how your order is going is very important, especially as many orders are required by a certain date. I am not sure why you did not receive your email notifications as they are sent at the most critical stages. When you place an order, confirmations are sent instantly to your email address, our email address and a notification is sent to our review collection company. The review company then contact you after a set time to ask about your experience, hence your request for a review. I see we sent your order confirmation Fri, Sep 14, 3:29 PM. It is not unheard of for our emails to go to spam/junk so that may perhaps explain it, as we received our copy of your order in our inbox perfectly fine. This can be very frustrating indeed and as a business that trades online it is jut as frustrating for us. We do not always send dispatch notifications as sometime we process a bulk amount of orders in the evening, so we disable those email notifications as they may be during unsociable hours and cause inconvenience (although this was not the case with your order as it was marked as dispatched mid-afternoon). Thanks again for your time and please accept our apologies for the negative aspects of your experience.
