“I originally used another independent business to order a birthday present for my daughter. The doll I wanted to get her was available on Amazon but I was keen to support a small business. Sadly I had a really bad experience where after four weeks of waiting with no communication unless I made enquiries, the order was cancelled and I was refunded. I do not want to leave that company a bad review as I know times are tough at the moment. However, I then had a very small window of time to organise my daughter's birthday present. I ordered the same product from The Bebe Hive and they were just brilliant. Free postage, the order arrived within a couple of days and it's absolutely perfect. Really happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from The Bebe Hive again! :)”

“We’ve now bought several sheets and swaddles from The Bebe Hive. They’re the only place we can get Clementine Kids stuff! We love the product, and the service is so great, always arriving quickly and feeling sweet and personal. We will definitely continue shopping here for toys and bedding for our little one.”

Hi Rivan, we can see on your order tracking that their has been an issue with UPS and unfortunately your order seems to be stuck at the UPS depot in Tamworth since January 4th. This was an issue due to Brexit and some European orders did see issues. We have raised a claim with UPS and will be sure to keep updating you, with the view to refund or resend at the earliest opportunity. Our customer service team will keep in touch. “I made an order for some cushions just over a month ago, I've yet to receive the cushions and have had no update from the Bebe Hive team about the status of our order. Really poor service from a brand I expected more of!”

“Stockings are 10/10 quality. However, they are not quite what I was expecting, they took nearly three weeks to be delivered as they are handmade (which is lovely) but had I known this I wouldn't have ordered them as I needed them sooner. They were also significantly smaller than I expected considering the price.”

Our Betty's Home range is handmade and we do state on our product pages that they take around 21 days to arrive. The stockings should be the size stated on the description give or take a couple of cm's due to the handmade nature, however if this isn't the case we are more than happy to look into this for you.
