“Thankyou book people for all your past service. My last books eventually arrived minus 4 for which i have now recieve a refund. Hard times for you all but you kept going. Thankyou and good luck to all the staff for the future. I will miss not being able to order from you!!”

“Really sad they are closing, I have been a happy satisfied customer for more years than I care to remember and if deliveries are taking a bit longer at this time maybe it's because they are unhappy they are closing. Thank you for all your prompt, fast deliveries in the past and your great customer service and all the wonderful books my family and I have enjoyed because of your company. I have never been disappointed by the book people”

“Efficient and timely delivery. Great offers on books and gifts a like. They write informative blurbs and answer queries and take on board criticism. I have been purchasing from them for many years and in that time they have provided excellent value for money. On top of that customer service is great.”

“Great range of books for all ages at good prices. Promptly despatched and well packed. Any hiccups are easily dealt with by phone by an efficient and genuinely friendly staff member. I unhesitatingly recommend The Book People especially to parents - the form takes the risk out of ordering children's books. For older children and adults whole sets of books are on sale at prices you'll find hard to believe.”
