“I switched from buying facemasks on Amazon to the Face Mask Store because I don't trust the masks I've recieved from Amazon to meet the standards they claim to. I've now ordered from The Face Mask Store several times and the orders have always arrived promptly and been of a quality where I believe they'll provide the level of protection they should.”

“They are superb at putting mistakes right. Anyone can make a mistake, but it's how they're sorted out that's the real test. Recently they sent me the wrong masks, and I explained that I'm disabled so it is difficult for me to get to a post office to return them; so they sent me a replacement with a pre-paid return label, and all I have to do is stick the label on the erroneous box of masks and they will arrange for them to be collected from here. I'm very impressed with the fact that they so carefully took into account my individual difficulties.”

“I'm grateful to the Face Mask Store for continuing to stock colourful FFP2 masks. I get all my face masks from here as it seems to be the only store in the UK stocking colour FFP2 masks! I like to have fun and cheerful masks on as I make my way through crowds and public transport. No boring white for me. Thank you, Face Mask Store!”

“I am extremely happy as the service provided by Face Mask Store is excellent. I got my replacement delivered by signed for next day delivery after Royal Mail left my parcel outside and it ended up stolen while I was at the theatre. I desperately needed them delivered for my holiday and I am hugely grateful that my replacement order came the day before my trip. I very much appreciate it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The FFP3s (both unvalved and valved are perfect) for personal protection and the valved ones feel less claustrophobic.”
