“If I recall correctly I rceived an e-mail stating that my order was dispatched. I tracked my item and saw that nothing had been released/dispatched which is contradictory. I don't know from the top of my head how many days it took for my order to arrive.”

“+ if you order from EU they already take care of customs + customer service helpful when box of masks I had originally ordered where out of stock - masks ordered in Oct 25 will already expire in Dec 25 :-(((”

“Maybe my masks came from a bad batch, however I had one where the straps broke before I could use it. I was then sent 3 more as a good will gesture however two of those went the same way as the first. I wasnt happy.”
