“Where is my product, it was paid for standard delivery which should be 3 working days, today is the 17/4/26 and I am still yet to receive my package, either refund or send me my product, thanks”

“I will be making a formal complaint as I ordered and paid for two boxes of ten face masks each plus delivery charge and actually received only two individual face masks. Sheer carelessness and no attention to the order.”

“Paid for what was very clearly labled royal mail next day delivery and 2 days later my parcel was still pending, when I complained I was told that I should have looked at another page to find out for that I needed to have ordered by 12 noon and not 4.20 pm which was not mentioned on the box where I selected delivery type”

“Sadly item stuck in transit - still in Bristol sorting centre where it has been for 5 days The mask was for an urgent MRI so now I will need to use tape and a less suitable product. Royal Mail fail on their fast delivery!!”
