“I like the selection of masks available as well as the ease of placing my order and the reasoable delivery time. However, there appears to be a shortage of semi-reusable FFP3 masks that are in date. I have signed up to reminders but I am still bothered by the uncertainty over when they would become available.”

“These masks are ideal for glasses with hearing aids!!!- so much easier to wear, and no problems with elastic fittings round ears that pull out hearing aids!!! There is also good ‘breathing room when wearing the mask. Thank you!”

“Still an excellent website to find a choice of masks, delivered on time as ordered. Disappointed at the current price of a small pack of FFP3 that only had rubber bands around back of head (would be deemed inadequate for most clinical settings requiring this filtration grade for this reason). Elastic banded masks would be more appopriate at this price point.”

“My oreders are delivered promply on items that are in stock. On the other hand, there appears to be a long wait on items that are out of stock to become available although I am on the waitlist. This includes labels to send in masks for recycling.”

“Always arrive promptly by Royal Mail unlike other carriers who often deliver to wrong address. However I was disappointed that several masks that I tried to purchase were out of stock.”

“While I find the website a bit hard to use and there are often things out of stock, what I really appreciate and value is how easy it is to call and talk to a helpful human. This is a real rarity these days and being able to phone is something that will keep me returning. The shipping is also speedy and reasonable.”

“I purchased 4 masks in beige hoping they would be skintone, sadly they were quite dark. They were extremely comfortable, but one fell apart across the top within the hour. But for this they would have been 5 star even though the colour was not what I hoped for.”

“About the only place in the UK where you can reliably buy good N95/FFP3 facemasks, important for those of us who still try to avoid covid infections due to the impact on our health. Lost a star because the website doesn’t allow you to filter for items in stock so there’s lots to weed through before you can find the ones you can actually buy. Would love it if they got more colour options in stock.”

“I am very disappointed with the quality of service which I received in the delivery of this order. The company website, order process and payment procedure were excellent. No problems there. But it seems that DHL has subcontracted with a local delivery company in Denmark called Bring. I paid £17.50 (British Pounds) for the delivery of this small, lightweight package to the shipping address (my home), which I would describe as a premium price. But the Bring company instead, without my agreement or authorization, delivered the package to a local business. This meant that I was required to take time from a busy day, and travel from my home to the business during their opening hours, in order to collect the package. This is not the level of service which I paid for or agreed to!”

“Face masks arrived in good time and as described. I have tried one. It’s comfortable, and the elastics haven’t broken, so I’m happy. Also I’m using the mask-case. It hangs from my belt. It keeps my mask clean. I have an allergy to the pollen from alder trees, and others, so I am wearing the mask when I go out, during this period when the tree-pollen count is high. I think it’s reduced my symptoms. Then I take it off, indoors. The box is helpful, and I have put it on a hook on the wall, so family members can grab a mask if we need one. On the “down” side, these masks smell of solvent until they have had a chance to “gas off” in the fresh air, and that has to be indoors, because I don’t want my mask to be contaminated with pollen.”
