“The issue isn’t with the product or your company but the shipping company Starshipping you used. I couldn’t track the shipment- they wouldn’t put up info on the tracking site and as it happened the day they delivered which was the the 17/3 I had a hospital appointment and I found the parcel on the step by my house door on a street with a strong footfall of commuters. Appalling and just feel lucky that box wasn’t stollen, £80! Is a lot of money for me at least. The product is good hence the purchase.”

“I have only ordered three times so far from The Face Mask Store, a batch of 3M Aura FFP3s each time. The only problem I've had has been that the checkout on the website is a little bit temperamental, but persevere! Otherwise, call. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Packages arrive quickly, and they keep you up to speed with despatch & delivery emails. Thank you, guys!”

“Masks fine. Poor delivery service. Not possible to 'track' the delivery. No indication of where the parcel was en route, nor of when it would arrive. Found parcel outside the front door. By chance it was safe due to the destination being a small block of flats with limited access.”

“Speedy delivery. Thank you. My hospital is requiring wearing of masks again. Slightly confused over sizing of face mask. Chose a M/L size which is slightly on small size with the 'springy' fit. Having opened the packet could not return.”

“My deliveries from the Face Mask Store are normally very quick. However, this time my order was mixed up with another customer's. I contacted customer service and they were able to help and sorted out the return for the wrong parcel and delivery of my correct one in just a couple of days.”

“I have tried different masks and preferred these. However I ordered some with elastic that goes around the ears and some with elastic that goes round the back of the head. The whole order was the ears version. I don't really mind, but that's the reason for four stars.”

“Part of my order had no expiry date marked on the box. Very good polite service over the phone. They checked with the manufacturer and quickly sent a returns label when I wasn’t happy with the short date then refunded immediately.”

“The quality of the children’s FFP3 masks is good but the size is varying considerably from batch to batch - the current lot are a 1cm wider all the way round and I have to wear them with a clip on the elastic to get a good fit. I have fed this back and they said they’d be in touch with the manufacturer.”

“The order hasn't arrived yet (international order to Ireland) - ordered a week ago, said 6-8 working days for delivery so not unexpected, but the tracking link to aftership.com doesn't work - "No result found. We haven't received any tracking updates from the carrier yet." Update: The company called us and have sent me a tracking link to DHL that works (the order is still en route), so I changed the rating from 3/5 to 4/5. (I'd give it 5/5 for the effort but haven't actually seen the masks yet!)”
