“Actually thought I ordered a medium however it came as a small and the small is suitable only for a child so yep quite disappointed. It probably is a great mask however check on ordering as for some reason it reverted back to small.”

“We have always loved the Face mask store and have been customers for years but unfortunately have to buy most of our masks elsewhere now as more and more of the stock is now showing as not available or expired stock only.”

“OK regarding the supply of my recent order but overall the stock of FFP3 masks is extremely low. Many FFP3 masks have been out of stock for weeks. The only ones left are very expensive. When I asked, FMS had no idea when supply will be improved and couldn't give me a reason for the poor stock levels. Considering masks are the firm's core business not sure what is happening with this company.”

“The store is fine but the masks i bought are not. The fit is bad and leaks so it's no good as an FFP3. The wire in the nose bridge is too short and flimsy. It can't create a seal. I shall have to bin them.”

“The product is not what I expected; the masks have head loops not ear loops and are very small - only suitable for a child. Unfortunately I can't return them because I couldnt tell this until I'd opened them. More info to inform customers' choice would be good.”

“Appreciate this is more an issue with DPD, but I paid extra for next day delivery and did not get next day delivery due to unknown delays. A refund of delivery costs would be appropriate in this case. Mask and filters were delivered as described.”

“The mask itself is good, but the elastic straps are a bit uncomfortable. Also, one of the two broke after just a few hours of use. Not totally satisfied”

“I’m disappointed how long it’s taken ordered last Monday. Supposed to be Royal Mail 48. And yet do to be believed on Monday. So that’s deffo not 48 hours”

“Disappointed with my most recent purchase: I ordered white ffp2 face masks and was sent black ones. I might have kept them but they seemed very poor quality, not nearly as robust as the white ones I usually order. Fortunately it was easy to return them postage free and I'm hoping I get my correct order soon. I just hope the quality of these will not have got worse as well.”

“The small masks were VERY small. My wife has a small head but they were much too tight. The regular size were fine for me but no good for her.We were surprised that the masks arrived loosely packed in a box with no real protection.”

“Good response when phoning customer services. I got a refund for the Rosi FFP2 masks which are poorly designed and not made in UK as stated by the person l spoke to.l had to pay for the mask l have tried. Also they refused to send me a prepaid return label stating it was a change of mind on my part. It wasn't. Boots do better fitting FFP2 masks for travel”

“Good products but their website does not make it very clear regarding the terms of their next day delivery service. Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before noon.”

“I have ordered these masks before and they are very good, so I ordered some more to go on holiday, and paid extra for them to arrive in 3 working days. They did not arrive in the specified time and I have yet to receive this box of masks, as they were taken back to the sorting office because I had left for holiday when they arrived.”
