“Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions. You can order single masks to find the right fit for you, before committing to a whole box. They sell a range of masks for smaller faces, which I need. Smaller size masks are few and far between on other sites and the only one I found was really uncomfortable. After trying a few size small from The Face Mask Store, I have finally found a good fitting, good quality FFP3 mask for my petite face and it's comfortable too. Went on to buy a box of 20 and will have no hesitation in ordering again in future. Previously got a good deal from them for some disposable gloves. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find and good quality too. No problems with deliveries either. Excellent all round.”

“Everything made so easy. Clarity of the web site: easy to order & pay : almost an instant acknowlement with tracking link. Tracking link supplied didn't work for me but notified company and within a few moments another tracking link appeared which did work. So nice to deal with "actual people - not robots". Cannot fault The Face Mask Store in any way - will be using again & again”

“The Face Mask Store delivered the delivery quite well and to a very good standard. The items were reasonably priced. There was a problem with the Meditrade Type IIR Masks with Ear Loops Suavel Protec which is probably the worst basic mask we have ever experienced and we tried many different ones. It will itch your face off and it wears out from less use so not even a whole day. The advice is to not buy it as there cheaper ones that will do a better job. The other masks I have not tried yet so we will see how they are soon. The company refunded me so its okay. The customer service is great. They reply back clearly and quickly.”
