“I orderd FFP3 masks but got FFP2 instead, unfortunately i didnt notice till i'd opened it to go out, so no refund. not impressed they could get the two mixed up. UPDATE Without having to contact then, when the company discovered what had happened they said they were sending new masks, i wasnt expecting that, so i'll be using then in the future.”

“Great products at a great price, with free super quick shipping! Have ordered from this store several times now and never had an issue. I love that they do kids masks in fun colours, and lovely colours for adults too, and all at a really reasonable price (buy the boxes of ten), Will definitely order again.”

“Excellent customer support, quick to respond to questions with detailed answers. My 9 year old loves the Air Pops, says super comfortable (too small for the 12 year old). Very happy to have genuine 3M Auras even if international shipping is eye-wateringly expensive (there are better and cheaper shipping options than the truly awful UPS). I will use this retailer again.”
