“Quick delivery, great prices and the reward points system works well. The only thing which I would change is to introduce lack of deadline for using the reward points. Forgot to add, possibility of paying through Klarna is a huge addition to other compliments.”

“Never received my game, ordered it 3 weeks ago. A week after shipping notification; i enquired about it and was told it had been delivered. Went to the post office who told me they delivered it to the address given. Whic was a different number on my road. Checked that address who claimed they didn't receive it (I can't prove otherwise) Customer Service then said it wasn't their responsibility and closed my case. No credit, replacement or anything.”
