“The game wasn't despatched until 8 days after I placed the order. It was bought as a birthday gift so was late as a result. Upon querying why it hadn't arrived, I was told that they had been busy and there was a technical issue. He sent it that day for me as a result of my email - goodness knows when it would have arrived otherwise. Not great service at all.”

“Ordered a ps5 game super quick delivery However they didn't send the advertised listing version But sent the standard on contacting they stated sold out .. why not change the listing”

“Very quick dispatch and delivery. One of the games were meant to arrive with a free steelbook, which it hasn’t. Emailed customer service and they said they run out of the stock for the steelbooks. No replacement or compensation, quite disappointed.”

“I was a bit disappointed that the order was not despatched quicker, as the promise was delivery within 1-2 business days and it wasn't actually sent until 2 days later, however once despatched, it arrived quite quickly.”

“the items arrived quick and well package however one of the item on the webiste in the title area of the game says comes with a A2 poster, but there was no poster, it is the only reason why ive marked it down otherwise would have been a 5 star one”
