“Sold me a used product when it should have been new. I paid £2 less than a new one on amazon. Didn't come in a film packet, the box is heavily marked. you can see where they have stuck new tamper seals over the old cut ones. I am waiting to hear their explanation, i wouldn't recommend this company and would advice you avoid them. I wot be buying from them again.”

Dear Pete Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you are unhappy with your order. We do not sell old or used stock. Big potato games stopped wrapping their products in plastic in their commitment to reducing plastic waste. I am sorry you did not reply to our email sent to you on 10/12/19 in an effort to resolve this.
