“I never received the item I ordered from this on-line Store, I am extremely disappointed and I’ve tried to contact them and they’re communication is appalling. I am so very very angry at the way I’ve been treated, I understand there is problems with post, however not even to get a refund is disgusting. NOT HAPPY”

Dear Steven I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we do have to rely on 3rd parties to deliver our orders and occasionally an item may be lost. I am also sorry to hear that you thought our 5 conversations with you was not enough. I would also ask you to check your bank statement as you were refunded in full.
