“Website doesn't show accurate stock. One of the items i ordered turned out not in stock and although i was given a replacement, it's not what i wanted or what my nephew wanted for christmas. A simple exchange does not make up for an error.”

“I bought a gyroscope. The photograph showed a colourful, shiny, attractive model. The reality was more if a rough, industrial look which, as it is a gift, was quite a disappointment. I don't know what it's functionality is like yet. Packing and delivery were fine.”

“Brill gadget store but product was late arriving after paying next day delivery but was told it was couriers fault and they kindly refunded my next day delivery fee thanks will be ordering again fab gadgets”

“An orange and black one came instead of the one pictured. I thought it’s be bigger. Also the description says bodies of water were alright then the instructions say not salt water and we wanted to play with it by the sea. It’s fine but nothing special.”
