“I am actually very disappointed how the item reached me. It was just packaged in a polythene bag and the box was all bashed and ripped when I received it. The item is a birthday present for my Niece so i'm a bit upset about it.”

“Products are fine instructions are only specified to certain pools so bit of guess work needed, delivery said free next day which is why I ordered with them but turned up 10 days later so don't order from this site if you want in a hurry.”

“The products I ordered were not good quality. Replacements were sent, and these were also damaged and dirty. However, this was dealt with promptly, by a friendly and helpful customer service rep. Wouldn't be my first choice to buy from again, but the good customer service largely made up for my bad experience.”

“The 3 star is for original customer service, I ordered twice and called to explain my mistake. Very helpful. Unfortunately I have as a gift to my Godson and the bubble part wasn't working. I was due to go away the next day and just didn't get a chance to sort it out so was a bit of a waste. My fault for not arranging a return I'm sure they would have been helpful but product was faulty.”
