“Easy to follow diet, half stone loss first week. Only gave 4 * because I found the spaghetti carbonara a bit sickly, so made it more soupy. No problems with delivery.”

“The meals are tasty and easy to prepare and the bars fulfil the urge for a sweet fix. The shakes are good too. They helped banish the necessity for drugs for type 2 diabetes.”

“Very palatable products. Trying to get fat off. Meal / shake replacements make ensuring calorie deficit a lot easier. Price very reasonable and delivery quick. I always mix with more water/milk than recommended but that’s just personal taste. Never had to return anything. Tried most products 👍”

“I’m doing well with reducing my weight using keediet packs. I’ve not felt hungry on 4 packs a day. The first couple of days were difficult but mainly due to getting used to a new regime. I particularly like the vanilla shake at breakfast, it’s a great flavour and not too sweet. I recommend the spicy spaghetti bolognaise, full of flavour and feels like you’re eating a proper meal in the evening. I definitely don’t feel that I’m missing out on anything and have lost a dress size already. You have to drink loads of water to keep your body hydrated.”

“Absolutely love this diet! I've tried every diet there is, I always lose the first week on a diet and then get stuck and won't budge on the scales anymore. This is the first time for years the weights actually coming off! I have 4 meals a day and lost 12lbs in less than 3 weeks. My blood pressure has gone from high to normal again and feel and look so much healthier! I plan on getting another 6 weeks worth, totalling 12 weeks. Hoping to lose 2-3 stone. And for the record, the meals are lovely and so are the bars! I wasn't keen on the breakfasts so asked keediet if I could just swap them for evening meals instead and they responded really quickly and were happy to help. Really nice family run business! So as you can tell I 100% recommend this diet!”

“I stick to vanilla, cookies and cream, and latte shakes and enjoy them hot with a dash of sweetener and spoon of coffee. Summer berries shake is great cold without the coffee. A bit too expensive to do 4 times a day, but a £100 order goes a long way if I do only one sachet a day. More frequent discount codes would be nice. Order was delivered quickly and with the right amount (not always the case when ordering a whole lot with other diet shake companies)”

“You have discontinued the printed packaging which included cooking instructions. Instructions on a page you insert with order does not include instructions for all the products. On Sweet & sour Noodles you print that 230 ml of water is required which is wrong. This packaging cost saving is very inconvenient for your customers.”

Unfortunately, our fully printed foil packs have been delayed due to supply chain issues, but please rest assured we’re actively working on brand-new designs right now. These will include full cooking instructions for every product and are expected to be ready by the end of the year. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to include printed guides with every order, and we’ll make sure to update the Sweet & Sour Noodles instructions – thank you for bringing that to our attention.
