“I love the porridge breakfast items and add fruit so it’s really filling. The savoury dinner meals keep me going! Love the pasta one and also spaghetti bol one too. God customer service, and speedy delivery.”

“Absolutely love this diet! I've tried every diet there is, I always lose the first week on a diet and then get stuck and won't budge on the scales anymore. This is the first time for years the weights actually coming off! I have 4 meals a day and lost 12lbs in less than 3 weeks. My blood pressure has gone from high to normal again and feel and look so much healthier! I plan on getting another 6 weeks worth, totalling 12 weeks. Hoping to lose 2-3 stone. And for the record, the meals are lovely and so are the bars! I wasn't keen on the breakfasts so asked keediet if I could just swap them for evening meals instead and they responded really quickly and were happy to help. Really nice family run business! So as you can tell I 100% recommend this diet!”

“I stick to vanilla, cookies and cream, and latte shakes and enjoy them hot with a dash of sweetener and spoon of coffee. Summer berries shake is great cold without the coffee. A bit too expensive to do 4 times a day, but a £100 order goes a long way if I do only one sachet a day. More frequent discount codes would be nice. Order was delivered quickly and with the right amount (not always the case when ordering a whole lot with other diet shake companies)”

“Well-packaged. Prompt arrival with FedEx. Only day 2 but shakes and meals have kept me full also the amount of water / tea/ coffee you need to consume. So far a positive experience.”

“You have discontinued the printed packaging which included cooking instructions. Instructions on a page you insert with order does not include instructions for all the products. On Sweet & sour Noodles you print that 230 ml of water is required which is wrong. This packaging cost saving is very inconvenient for your customers.”

Unfortunately, our fully printed foil packs have been delayed due to supply chain issues, but please rest assured we’re actively working on brand-new designs right now. These will include full cooking instructions for every product and are expected to be ready by the end of the year. In the meantime, we’re doing our best to include printed guides with every order, and we’ll make sure to update the Sweet & Sour Noodles instructions – thank you for bringing that to our attention. “I love the products from KeeDiet! I am on a 12 week intensive weight loss plan to prevent my pre-diabetes diagnosis developing into full blown type 2. In my first week I've lost 4kg, so am delighted. The shakes are really easy to prepare, and are delicious. No powdery residue; they dissolve completely. The bars are really filling and they give me the chocolate hit I often crave. I have three products a day - one for breakfast, one for lunch, and then one for 'dessert' after a main meal of chicken and salad. I also have some of the meals and breakfast products to ring the changes. The packaging is sensible and low key which helps keep the costs down, too. The box is always very well packaged, with lovely bright tissue paper around groups of products, not all just thrown in together in a jumble. I highly recommend KeeDiet!”

“Order recieved packaged well. Products are the best tasting VCLD. There was an issue with the delivery (courier not despatch) and when I KeeDiet emailed for support I had a helpful and friendly message and delivery was checked, identified and i recieved the item the next day at the time stated.”
