“Not overly impressed. Portions are tiny for the meals yet on the website it looks like a bowl full. They’re not substantial. Yes you can add a little salad or veg but the meals are tiny. The bars are ok. The shakes a tasty, but again only sustainable for 2-3 hours. The porridge is probably the best out of all of it. I used Exante years ago which were more substantial. But no longer around. I won’t be buying anymore products”

“KeeDiet has delicious shakes and scrummy meal replacement bars, which made starting the VLCD easy. They are filling, so you lose those between-meal cravings. I have more energy, even after a couple of weeks. I have more time. Not only am I eating less (and buying less snacks), I'm saving money on the meals because they are reasonably priced. Recommended.”

“Ordering is easy on the website.Orders are dealt with quickly and deliveries prompt. Can’t fault it. Pricing is good. I love the strawberry shake, wasn’t keen on the vanilla, but that’s my taste! The bars are very good, I keep mine in the fridge, they take longer to eat! Highly recommend to help in a weight loss journey.”

“This is only my first week but so far I'm very pleased. I've tried couple of shakes, the chicken soup and the chocolate pudding and they are very tasty. They really do help keep the hunger at bay. The delivery was on time and I feel that they are good value for the money. 😊”

“This diet works. I love the Soups. I've been on this for 6 months, I've lost 50kg. I'm now in the maintenance phase of this. I never feel hungry and have more energy thanks to the weight lose. I can't recommend this enough. It does take will power but if you stick with it, it really works.”

“The vanilla, banana and strawberry shakes are really nice. I found some of the other shakes too sweet. I also like the bars. I've lost 20lb over 3 months using a shake for breakfast and a bar most lunchtimes combined with a healthy meal in the evening. I tried the keediet meals in the starter pack but wasn't overly keen on them. They're ok if you want something quick containing all the nutrients but I prefer fresh food.”

“The porridge, milk shakes and dark chocolate bars are tasty and filling, making this diet easy to stick to. But I find the main meals unappealing. They look unappetising and taste really bland, sadly. I ordered a month's worth of products, so will persevere!”
