"Update on a previous review. I eventually got through to them and after missed appointments the origin plumber came. He spent 10 minutes \"looking\" at the problem and then told me the problem was with the shower screen. What utter nonsense. If that was the problem there would be water on the bathroom floor. However, we have replaced the shower screen to no avail. The shower is still leaking. I shall endeavour to engage a reliable plumber and recommend that this company is never used."

"My shower was leaking and water dripping into kitchen below. Called Local Plumbers to fix the leak. The following day shower still leaking. I was charged a total of \u00a3303.12 yet the problem not sorted. Telephoned several times without success to get them to come out again and fix the problem. Now I believe they have blocked my mobile number."

I was told the parts I needed for my loo would be £30 but was charged £234 for what turned out be a totally botched job - the loo is now leaking so much the water has come through my kitchen ceiling 😭😭
