“Excellent service, friendly, very prompt and Michelle was very helpful when dealing with my queries. Although my case wasn't that complicated (a simple re-mortgage), it was good to be able to talk through the options with a knowledgeable consultant”

“Managed to get a cancellation appointment the same day. Spoke with Michelle who went full the process with me taking into account my needs and within a couple of hours got me an agreement in principal. All going well with an offer we will be hoping to call Michelle to progress”

“Our case had 2 major complexities and we were running out of time before our current fixed term mortgage expired. Natasha and Nichola spent hours on our case and calling the bank. Seemingly against the odds, they succeeded, and we're very happy with our resultant mortgage. We really appreciated their invaluable assistance!”
