“Seamless re-mortgage completed by Cliff Lee, having worked with Cliff a few times I never fail to be impressed by his approachable manner, experience, options available and the fact he is always proactive when dealing with his clients. “After dealing with Countrywide previously who were appalling, The Mortgage Hut quickly got us a new agreement in principle then full offer within two weeks and were always prompt to reply to emails. Would definitely recommend”

“Communication was very good. If you couldn't get hold of me via my mobile you sent an e-mail. I was kept up to date with progress and generally things happened when you said they would.”

“Paul and the team were excellent all the way, originally we applied for a shared ownership mortgage but as circumstances changed during the process we eventually changed property's and brought it fully. Through out the applications Paul and the team worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We are very happy with the way everything worked out.”

“Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Our house search has taken a year and our contact, Nicola Arbon remained with us throughout the whole process. She was very attentive and followed up on any requests. She advised us well throughout the whole process and made a very stressful process much easier.”
