“£52 for ten mins treatment. Overcharged”

Dear Mr Geary, Thank you for your feedback. We are currently providing additional equipment for the safety of our staff, patients and ourselves. We are also following the advise of our governing body who provide our malpractice insurance and leaving an additional 5 minutes between patients for additional cleaning and to help with social distancing in the waiting area. As soon as this is not needed the cost of the appointments will reduce. We really appreciate our patients and staff and are trying to do everything we can to keep everyone safe. “Having asked if someone could just check for a foreign body in my foot I was slotted in and very grateful but then to have no object located and no work done and be offered orthotics which we’re happily accepted back I was shocked to receive a bill of over £120.00 (after refund still £70)”

“Unfortunately my last visit was not good. I had recently had an operation on my 2nd toe and despite me telling the gentlemen, he massaged the foot twice during the treatment and both times was too rough and caused extreme pain. I won’t be returning unfortunately.”
