Placed an order for hats on March 7th, didn’t receive a order confirmation or any type of communication that they received my order. Contacted them 3/9/22, asking about my order and when it will ship, 5 days later I get a email reply that I’ve never emailed them yet they replied to my email that had my first initial email in the thread lol! They then issued me a $2.50 refund lol! Because I told them if I don’t receive a confirmation of my order and a tracking number I’ll leave cancel the order. I then got a email that they are shipped lol. Got package today, it’s busted open and there’s dampness everywhere. Total loss of time and product! Never again! Buyer beware, save your time and purchase from someone else. These guys are a joke!

None of my items were available based on the quantity that they advertised. The website didn't reflect any problems and did not mention any minimums, I double-checked as other companies had minimums. I ordered a few hats of each color as a sample for a production run and eventually found out that they actually had a "minimum of 12" per color which was never stated on their site. I waited over a week for them to inform me of their error. An absolute waste of time and I'm so glad I didn't have my full order through them as they'd most likely drop the ball as well. If I can't trust someone with a small preproduction order, I can't trust them with a larger one.

I ordered 11 hats for my husband and didn't receive not one!! And they took their money out my account... im beyond pissed! I've emailed this company over 4 times and noone called nor emailed me back!!!
