“I was not satisfied with the quality of the hats, I wanted to place a really large bulk order after “testing” these out and customer service was not helpful.”

“My package was received damaged. Box half way taped up and my hats were bent and smashed. I had to return my order for replacements. I was very disappointed.”

“This style hat I ordered is in no way a high profile hat. This hat is a low profile style. I purchased assuming the description would be accurate and had to eat the shipping to send back. Cool style but absolutely not high profile.”

“This company is not truthful about their inventory and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any supplier in my 25 years in this industry! My order was placed on 8-25-24 and the last tracking number say my remaining items may be delivered by USPS my 9-5-24! This company is a joke!”

“Horrible! Picture showed and orange hat with a black brim which had orange/black listed as the color and I ended up getting a SAFETY ORANGE hat with black brim. There is a BIG difference between orange and safety/neon orange. Very disappointed!!!!!”

“Hats were overpriced for the quality. Green fabric under the bill of the hat is tacky and reminds me of hats from the 80s. Likely will be looking for another vendor in the future.”
