Ordered specifically because of stated “low profile crown”. Hat is no different than any other hat. Had a few friends try it on and hit all of their ears. The reason I ordered this specific model is because the manufacturer claimed it was a low crown. If that’s the case, their regular must be huge. It is the quality you would expect for the price point… cheap. Gave this and 2 others.

The hat I ordered was a Flexfit 110MRC Flexfit 110® Mesh Realtree® Camo Cap. That is not what was delivered. Instead I was sent a Youpong standard snapback camo hat. The tag states it is a “classics” No flex fit which has elastic in the headband. Something may be wrong with the sellers listing.

I use to be thrilled about ordering from you guys. I was always talking you guys up. But, after my last few orders I feel differently. The shipping time it takes to receive orders now is outrageous. Been using alternative suppliers.

Just my experience, but took about 2 months to get my item. Once it came it did not looks like what was not like the digital mock up sent to me. Measurements were off on the print and getting a hold of my rep Sheetal was next to impossible. I chose this company based off other reviews and images in reviews I saw so I trusted this company. Still waiting for this to be rectified but its been weeks so not sure it's going to change.

While the products aren't priced badly, the shipping was a little much. Also, I was shorted a shirt from my order.

My last order will be my last order. Shipping takes way too long from the time of order and is ridiculously expensive. Plus, yes I messed up and ordered the wrong hat. Sent back for an exchange and still haven’t received any info on sending me exchanged hats. Meanwhile my customers are waiting. 2 week processing time for a simple exchange isn’t customer friendly. There are plenty of other wholesalers to use which I have chosen to do.

Shipping takes forever and very expensive, but what took my business from them is the exchange process takes two weeks that doesn’t include shipping time. Meanwhile my customers have to wait another 3 weeks. Other than that all was good. But the shipping and the exchange process is horrible.

They had a good selection but the return process is not customer friendly. 25% restocking fee! Yes it did say this on the website. If I had seen that I wouldn’t have purchased from them. In my opinion that return process discourages returns and sends a message, not a customer focused company. In this day and age with the competition that is out there, you’ve got to do better.

When I placed my order I didn't realize it would be coming in two separate shipments. Also I'm not sure why this company takes 3 to 5 days to process an order when they have the hats in stock. Other wholesale suppliers usually process it within 24 hrs if the hats are in stock.

Great hats & great prices until you get to the shipping cost , it basically equals out to each hat costing $2 more per hat . Almost double what others charge for shipping .
