“They had a good selection but the return process is not customer friendly. 25% restocking fee! Yes it did say this on the website. If I had seen that I wouldn’t have purchased from them. In my opinion that return process discourages returns and sends a message, not a customer focused company. In this day and age with the competition that is out there, you’ve got to do better.”

“The products are good. The customer service is horrible. They really need to get there shipping and handling better. It takes 3 days before shipping. Thats crazy!”

“Awesome selection and pricing. The processing time between ordering and shipping is terribly long, especially when trying to run a business where sometimes quick turn-around is necessary. Sometimes it's 5 days after the order is placed before the items ship. I've had to find other vendors for jobs requiring fast turn-around.”

“The shipping took slightly longer than expected, but was satisfied with the quality of blank hats and shirts that I needed to screen print and embroider. I purchased Richardson 112 trucker hats wholesale and prefer buying only from Richardson authorized dealers. I bought the Richardson 112 hats in bulk quantities and the pricing was good. Would recommend.”
