When finally spoke with someone no explanation could be given for delay, except sorry. Not the best customer service nor incentive to continue to be a customer.”

“I think that this was a fair price for the quality, I ordered about 25 beanies all with the same idea just a differnt color and half off them cant open up and are stitched around to close it off from pulling the whole beanie down this is unfortunate for the purpose that I bought them for.”

“To be honest a bit frustrated with this last purchase. I ordered several types of hats. Only half the order showed up. Then I had to call to find out that the were out of stalk of what I ordered. They offered to refund or send out a different style. I chose a new style it was slightly high cost. Was not offered a discount to help off set some of the cost. Then I paid the difference and the hats did not ship until I called a week later to find out what was going on.”

“Hats were perfect and exactly what I ordered. Website is awesome and very easy to navigate. Ordering is very easy without any snags or issues. Shipping leaves something to be desired though. It takes multiple days after ordering before they finally leave and the warehouse. Then the arrival time is always a day later. I would definitely send people here to purchase from but just advise not to be in a hurry for receiving their product.”
