“Better read the return policy really well before you order. I ended up keeping the hats I didn’t need because I would have had to pay too much to return them. It didn’t make any sense for me to return them. Why pay for a hat almost twice and end up with no hat?”

Hello, the shipping costs were displayed prior to completion of the purchase. I see that it was a heavy package with multiple quantity and due to the dimensional weight and seasonal surcharges by the carriers the shipping was calculated accordingly. “Awesome selection and pricing. The processing time between ordering and shipping is terribly long, especially when trying to run a business where sometimes quick turn-around is necessary. Sometimes it's 5 days after the order is placed before the items ship. I've had to find other vendors for jobs requiring fast turn-around.”
