“Nerivio has not solved my migraine problem but it has made managing the migraines possible. Over the last 25 years I have tried pretty much every drug on the market with varying degrees of success. In a lot of cases drugs would work for a few months or even a few years but then slowly lose their effectiveness as my body got used to them. Initially Nerivio did not seem to do a lot for me but I persisted in using it because the literature mentioned that the effect has been cumulative for other patients. It seems that over time the treatment has become more effective for me too. I have now used Nerivio 22 times and have submitted another refill request. With Nerivio as an option I can avoid triptans which have mixed results and can mostly stick to Ubrelvy, Cefaly and Nerivio to get through a migraine. It has even allowed me to be up and perform necessary household functions during migraines that in the past would have left me flat in bed for up to 72 hours. I am so grateful that my neurologist told me about Nerivio and recommend it highly to any patient who is not finding help or relief from pharmaceuticals or other traditional migraine treatments.”

“Nerivio is easy to use and the sensation is pleasant. I like that the app integrates meditation into treatment. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really help my symptoms at all.”

“I love that the device is small and easy to use. I also love that can be used along with other treatments, such as Nurtec or other medicine. Having used a TENS unit in the past for muscle soreness, I was accustomed to the sensation of the pulses. I find them rather soothing and feel better during the treatment. I wish the treatment was longer in duration, perhaps 60 minutes. I feel that I might find more complete relief from my migraines if the session was longer. Forty five minutes for some migraines seems to only take the edge off rather than eliminate it. Some sessions it has completely eliminated the migraine. I think that might be related to when in the day I get the migraine. The migraines I wake up with in the morning are usually the toughest ones to get rid of, and I find that taking other "rescue" meds is necessary. However if I feel the migraine coming on later in the day and can get the treatment started right away I have good success with getting rid of the migraine. Thank you for creating this device. Overall I do find it helpful in my ongoing fight with migraines.”

“I really love it a lot but I don’t understand why you only get a certain amount of treatments and why you have to wait a month to get another device. I have chronic migraines and sometimes need to use this daily. When I got my first device, I didn’t realize how much I would need it. I would much rather use this than my medicine, but only having a few treatments per device is crazy! There’s no way someone with chronic migraines can have true relief with only a few treatments every month. Maybe later on, they wouldn’t need it as much, but at first, you need it a ton and you aren’t given enough to make it through the month. Is there a scientific reason as to why you can’t use it more than a certain amount of uses per month? If I could’ve used mine as much as I needed it, I think my headaches would be much less by now, but they aren’t.”

“The Nerivio is not working for me as I was expecting. But when I have migraine and I take medications and it doesn’t work right away and I use Nerivio, then it helps a little. I am going to continue using it from time to time.”

“I would literally have to use 2 1/2 Nerivio devices a month just to take away the burn of the VERY SEVERE nerve pain that I feel every day. However, I wait until I’m at the point of feeling like I’m going to throw up all over the place before I use the Nerivio. Also, there needs to be a comment section in the dairy area of the Nerivio app. I feel that it would be helpful not only to the patient/user, but also the doctor and to you the maker(s)/designer(s) of Nerivio to better help the patient/user.”

“I think I am becoming addicted to this device. It is a life saver. Though my headaches continue to be severe this is to do with my not being able to have my normal medications due to COVID 19 & non availability here in NZ until June 2021. The device is helping me get through what is a very painful time & genuinely mean life saving as I had taken an overdose as the pain was so bad & no one had an answer to help until this. I find it reduces the pain which has been constant for nearly three months, I am looking forward to using it once my current headache actually is alleviated as I believe it will reduce my headaches & reduce my future need for pain meds. I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to trial this. It has also helped me get some sleep (have fallen asleep during a few sessions) which I badly needed. Can definitely feel the endorphins etc kicking in the more I use it- prefer that to meds. Will keep you updated on progress. Sincerely thank you Paula Wackrow”

“Nerivio is providing promising results in my first treatments. In combination with my biofeedback training I have been able to reduce my pain level moderator which is a vast improvement for me. I feel with continued use my results will improve.”
