“Seems to lessen intensity of migraines. Takes a while to feel positive effects and requires consistent daily usage. I have been dealing particularly worse migraines due to “big changes in life” stress. I still have to use rescue meds and am waiting for preventative medication to kick in (oral Qulipta).”

“Not even 6 months ago I would have rated Nerivio a 5, but now I can only give 2 stars. The quality of the product, or probably more specifically, the app, has gone way down. I used to have no issues pairing my device with the app but now upwards of 50 percent of the time the app cannot find my device at all. And this will happen across multiple devices all at the same time. So I know it’s not just one device having a technical problem. The other 50 percent of the time when it does actually pair smoothly I will start a treatment and within a few seconds the treatment with stop and an error will appear saying something went wrong and my device needs to shut down and I need to try pairing again. When this happens, I get stuck in an endless loop of re-pairing the device, trying another treatment, and it failing again. I have learned that when this happens the only fix is to restart my phone. Which fine, that is simple enough… but essentially every other treatment?? And when I am in a full blown migraine? I shouldn’t have to be trouble shooting the app just to make this device work. I am not sure what changed recently but I have had 3 devices in a row that have had these issues. I used to love Nerivio and found it to be very helpful and effective, and I was willing to pay the price out of pocket for it because it worked. I will give Nerivio praise because when it works, it works. It certainly helps with my migraines and it is nice to have both for preventative and as needed use. However, for what it costs, right now I need things that work, and work reliably, and Nerivio is missing the mark on that.”

“I despise the new device. I used an older model in the past and never had an issue. Treatments were quick and easy. The new device is terrible. It requires my phone to sync each time it’s used AND with or without a phone case I cannot get the NFC circle to scan. Wasted a half hour this morning and device never synced to my phone. Can’t review how well it works since I cannot get it to do anything.”

“Since starting treatment with Nerivio (2 months ago), I have been migraine free for 1.5 months. This has been life changing for me as I’ve been experiencing migraines for over a decade with no relief. I’ve tried multiple medications and none have really brought relief. This device is easy to use and I love the app that accompanies it. All and all, I’m forever grateful!”

“I have daily headaches ever since my TBI and have tried so many preventative and abortive migraine medicine without much benefit. My doctor recommended Nerivio and I'm glad she did. This doesn't get rid of my headaches but it makes them more manageable and I'm able to continue to live the life I want instead of being stuck in a dark room.”
