Hi Rafael, we're sorry to hear that you did not experience relief of your migraine after using Nerivio. We understand migraine affects everyone differently and that each toolbox is tailored to meet the individual's specific needs. In addition, the timing of relief varies among users, and some may require multiple sessions for noticeable improvement. While clinical trials showed significant results, individual responses can differ.

“Ich finde die Apps und Entspannung mit den Ärzten in Englisch sehr schlecht für mich. Wenn man nur wenig Englisch kann, ist die Anwendung leider für nutzlos! Telefonisch sind Sie auch schlecht erreichbar. Ich war heute über eine halbe Stunde in der Warteschleife..... Ich möchte nachden noch 11 Anwendungen Nerivio nicht weiter anwenden. Finanziell kann ich mir es leider nicht leisten. Bitte überweisen Sie den Betrag von 249,00 Euro, Klarna wieder zurück. Vielen lieben Dank. Freundliche Grüße Stephanie Engelmann”

We generally recommend using Nerivio at least 4–5 times to allow it to fit into your personal migraine management cycle, find your optimal intensity level, and get comfortable with the treatment. If Nerivio was prescribed as a preventive therapy, consistency is essential—treating every other day for at least two months is important to see meaningful results. “The first NERIVIO was AWFUL!!!!! It took 3-4 times to connect to the device it was awful!!! I finally called the company because it was time to refill the device. I called the company because the price was going up they took information from me and found out there was an issue with my device it had a problem in the codes so they called a few days later saying they were shipping another one out. This one has connected every time and it is working great!!”
