Hi, Charles. Based on usage history and clinical data, we recommend adhering to the following guidelines for effective treatment ⬇️ 1. As with all acute migraine treatments, treating early is key to success and improved efficacy (preferably within 60 minutes of the start of your migraine). 2. Set an intensity that is strong yet comfortable and not painful. Setting the intensity below this point could decrease the efficacy of the treatment. In clinical trials, levels below 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. 3. For effective results, complete the full 45-minute treatment. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. “I was having severe migraine . I have been advised by Dr. Vikram kamath, Neurologist to use Nerivio. Iam using it from the past Months. Iam finding it very useful and the frequency of my headache has come down. The support given by the Nerivio team is also very good. Thank you Nerivio.”

“While it does not give me migrain relief, it is great at treating the nausea. Once I level up to 46%, it works great at reducing and/or getting rid of the nausea I get with migraines... relief with no extra chemicals!!!”

To improve your migraine relief beyond nausea control, try to: - Increase your intensity level - aim for above 20% (you mentioned 46% works well for nausea). The intensity should feel strong but comfortable. - Complete the full 45-minute treatment each time for maximum effectiveness. - During a Nerivio treatment, try the GIER (Guided Imagery, Education and Relaxation) feature by clicking the "GIER UP!" button on the treatment screen. Previous research found that adults who combined the acute treatment of their migraine with Nerivio + a 25-minute GIER video had consistently higher pain relief, functional improvement, and return to normal functioning beyond those using Nerivio alone (Buse et al., Pain Medicine, 2022).

“It has been a game changer in my treatment. I barely notice it when I’m using it but it works so well. I rarely have migraines now and when I do it works great as a treatment option.and I know that it works well because if I forgot to use it every so often the day after my planned prevention day I get a mild headache”

“Nerivio is agravating my migraine more. I take rizactriptan whenever i get a migraine. I have used Nerivio thrice, and then taken the pill but after using Nerivio , i hv to take double dosage of my medicine as headache gets very severe.”

Hi, Rachana. We're sorry to hear you have not yet experienced relief of your migraine after using Nerivio. Nerivio leads to pain relief in 2 out of 3 people with migraine (67%) and to pain freedom in more than 1 out of 3 (37%). As in all treatments for migraine, not everyone benefits from Nerivio. In such cases, the migraine attack itself may continue and even worsen with time, which is the natural progress of untreated migraine attacks. In other words, worsening of an attack may result from the patient not being responsive to the treatment, not considered a side effect from the treatment itself. We recommend you consult with your personal healthcare provider if this continues or if there are any other concerns.

“Daily diary is partly too detailed and partly, if there is later in the day the necessity of medication I cannot modify and add. That is in convienient and not accurate. I do not yet know how Nerivio will have impact on my migraine; partly it helps, partly I had the Impression that some symptoms which I left behind such as nausea and sickness came back (?). When it helps it helps unforeseen; the pain leaves somewhat unexpectedly and unforeseen; but it is great that it has this impact; but unfortunately not always: the necessity of triptanes still is given for me.”

Select the relevant day on the calendar 3. Click the "Daily Health Tracking" button 4. Make your edits to add medication information To better track Nerivio's variable impact on your symptoms (including nausea), use the diary consistently every day. The diary helps you track patterns, symptom changes, and treatment effectiveness over time. You can also review your treatment data in the MyAnalytics tab, which shows how Nerivio affects your headaches and associated symptoms. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. We further recommend you reach out to your HCP with any additional questions.

“I have trouble telling how much it helps physically because my migraines can vary in intensity. It makes me feel a little bit more in control though. It makes me feel like there's at least something that I can do in an attempt to take care of myself and alleviate my symptoms which can feel debilitating and unbearable.”

“Handhabung ist wirklich leicht auch d9ie App ist selbsterklärend. Der Klebstoff am Gerät lässt schon nach 4 Behandlungen deutlich nach. Bei Migräne hat es, bis jetzt, nur leicht, bis garnicht geholfen. Bei Nackenschmerzen/steifigkeit war die Wirkung etwad besser.”

Here's some tips that may help maintain the electrodes adhesive, though the decrease in stickiness will not decrease treatment efficacy: · The armband is designed to provide maximum electrode contact with the skin of the arm. There is no need for the device to strongly stick to the skin for normal operation, the armband shall help to secure the device on the arm. · If the electrodes begin losing adhesion, gently rub one or two drops of water onto the gel surface to extend usage, leave it for 10 minutes, and then reapply the protective film. Do not forget to redistribute water drops over the electrode surface before waiting for 10 minutes. A couple of times shall be sufficient, but don't do the 2nd time right after the 1st time, give it a few hours. · Between treatments, the electrodes should be covered with the provided protective film and the device should be stored in its original package. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks.
