“The device works great...but it's not really doing much for my headaches...it just mainly works as a TENS unit...a muscle stimulator...but I continue to use it anyway...I'm a COVID long haul patient of 4 1/2 years now...so my symptoms go beyond just headaches. The NERIVIO IS a great product...I just don't feel much of a difference from it.”

If you'd like to give Nerivio another try, Nerivio Cares customer support (📩 support@nerivio.com / 📞 866-637-4846) will be able to help you get the most effective treatment with your device. *Nerivio has a different mechanism of action when compared to a TENS device. Nerivio works from a remove location by sending messages via the nerves from your upper arm up to the brain to stop the migraine. TENS devices work locally, meaning the area where you put it on. TENS devices work by sending messages to your nerves to block them from sending pain signals to your brain.

“Did not help at all. Tried a few times right at the beginning of the migraine attack, and a high percentage of stimulation--to no avail. Expensive device which is a waste of money.”

“I’ve used this device to help with aura migraines. I have migraines every day. I am also on monthly Magnesium Sulfate infusions. With this device as soon as I start feeling any pain it does help relieve a great portion of it. Just wished Kaiser locations had refills. I have to do a reimbursement In order to get refills.”

Hi Tracey, thank you for your interest. Nerivio is a REN wearable for acute and/or preventive treatment of migraine that is controlled by a smartphone app and worn on the upper arm for a 45-minute treatment. During a treatment, Nerivio stimulates nerves in the upper arm through remote electrical neuromodulation (REN). The nerves carry messages to the brain to activate a pain-management response to naturally turn off migraine pain without the need of any medications. 🧠 For any more questions we are here💚

“So far so good! This device knocks my migraines down to tolerable headaches. Please keep in mind I've only been using it for about 1 week. It's great to get relief without having to use medicines that make me sleepy. I can get a treatment while driving my school bus with no issue!”

The electrical stimulation may be distracting or affect your concentration. “I was prescribed Nerivio by my neurologist Dr Hanna at Aster Medcity Kochi. It has greatly helped to reduce the intensity and frequency of my migraine attacks. The service representative of Nerivio, Ms Aparna is extremely considerate and helpful and she regularly checks in on my well being. I recommend Nerivio to everyone suffering from severe migraine”

We're sorry to hear about your experience, arm pain during treatment is a known side effect that should disappear shortly after treatment ends. Please try to decrease the intensity or pausing treatment or, shift the device placement on the arm. If discomfort persists, stop treatment and consult with your healthcare provider. Hand numbness or muscle twitching usually means intensity is too high - decrease it slightly or change electrode location.
