“I’m so so thankful for nerivio! I take significantly less PRN medicine since I’ve been using it. If I feel a migraine coming and I use my nerivio, about 50% of the time I don’t have to take medicine. I have no side effects except the slight discomfort while using it.”

Charity, we are so happy to hear you have found relief with Nerivio! It’s important to begin treatment as early as possible (preferably within 60 minutes of the start of your migraine), set an intensity that is strong but comfortable, and complete the full 45-minute treatment. Set the treatment intensity to a level that feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. If the sensation is uncomfortable or painful, you should decrease the intensity by 1 or 2% or until strong but comfortable. “It's useless for chronic migraine conditions. Don't waste your money. I lost 14k which is monthly income here for any middle class family in India. It's all business for doctors and nerivio company. Sales team forces you to take this device and promise 50% refund if it didn't worked. When you ask them to refund as promised they make excuses. So this is only business they don't care for patients at all.”

We recommend you switch arms between treatments. “Since starting nerivio I have not had to take as much migraine meds as I was in the past!! I do a treatment everywhere day for 45 mins as a preventative and I make sure I always have it in my purse so that if my neck pain decides to throw me for a loop I have it at arms length to just throw on and do another treatment.. I also noticed that it has helped me with my neck pain as well. This is a great device and I am glad to be able to use it and have it in my life!! I eventually hope to come off all migraine meds and only use as needed and only use nerivio... wonderful device if u have migraines and let's not even talk about the diary and gier up inside the app.. it really helps u concentrate and focus on your breathing . You can lay in bed sit in a chair plug in head phones or lay with the lights out it all helps.. I can now do my treatments anywhere even at work at my desk before I start clinic.. this is how great this product is!!! Hope this review helps someone else who suffers from these debilitating migraines!!”

Hi, Karen. If you have treated with Nerivio and have not experienced relief/freedom, or the migraine has returned, you may administer additional treatments on the same day. We recommend you switch arms between treatments. Based on our clinical studies and feedback from users, we recommend using Nerivio about 4-5 times to evaluate its efficacy for aborting your migraine attacks. Set the treatment intensity level by increasing it to a level that feels strong yet comfortable and not painful. It is personal. If the sensation is uncomfortable or painful, you should decrease the intensity by 1 or 2% or until strong but comfortable. In clinical trials, levels lower than 20% were found to be less effective by the majority of patients. If you experience hand numbness and/or muscle twitching, try decreasing the intensity slightly, as it may be too high, or changing the location of the electrodes on the arm.
