“So far I love Nerivio, it’s not groundbreaking for me yet but I think it can be, especially if you looking to rid yourself of meditations and go the more holistic route. I’ve had migraines since I was 8yo and I do Botox and take sumatriptan injections when needed, I’ve tried many things so this is something that definitely subsides them and stops them in their tracks from escalating. Plus you can take it anywhere.”

“Ineffective. I usually wake up with one, so I hope I'm in the 1st 60 minutes. Using other meds at the same time will deplete my resources and leave me without meds.”

Thank you for sharing your experience. Nerivio can be used to treat your migraines at any time. Our clinical data, however, show that Nerivio is more effective when used right when the symptoms start, therefore it is recommended to start treatments with Nerivio within 60 minutes of migraine headache or aura onset. Nerivio can also be used for additional treatment sessions if the migraine headache is not relieved or if it reoccurs. Please consult with your doctor for further instructions on use. “Nerivio is definitely a help for my severe migraines. However, when I get my worst ones, I feel it’s a lot of fiddling with your phone to set it up, answer the pretreatment questions, & getting the armband synced up to my phone. My husband has to help me with this, because I am in sooo much pain. I usually fall asleep 1/2 to 3/4 way thru my treatment. I start out w the meditation exercise to help w my headache during my treatment. My husband must remove my armband after the 45 min treatment, because I’m allergic to the stickiness on the band. I have to finish my Post treatment questions the next day. Overall, Nerivio helps my migraines, but I have issues w accessing the treatments.”

“Nerivio is a LIFE-CHANGER!! My daughter had one migraine that lasted over a year and a half. She tried everything even up to 7 medications a day to try to control it and nothing ever did. The migraine never went below a level 6 and averaged around a level 8 but never went away. She used Nerivio once and the migraine went to a 3. She used it a second time and the migraine was completely gone. She used it a couple times a week over the next month and by the second month was done to using the machine once a week with no other medications needed. She has been mostly migraine free for the last 4 months. We were told by doctors when she was 15 years old that she would suffer with this migraine until menopause. I cannot sing praise high enough for Nerivio!! I want to kiss the inventors!!”

“I love Nerivio! It offers the user an opportunity to get their body in line with the path of the doctor goal. This takes you away from relying on medications which has their limitations and move you back into control. This was important to me because I struggle with chronic migraines. Today was my third day using Nerivio I always get immediate relief from it, now I have to practice incorporating the behaviors without the stimulation into my daily life. Thanks guys great job at restoring the mind away from the trauma!”

Thank you for your feedback. Since each migraine attack is different, there is no one right setting. The intensity should be strong but never painful and should be set within the first few minutes of treatment. The + and – buttons on your phone screen allow you to set the level, and just after you start a treatment, you can repeatedly press the “plus” button to increase intensity until the sensation feels strong but not uncomfortable. During clinical trials, the most effective treatment was obtained with intensities over 20% and with averages between 25 and 35%. However, if you do not get to 20%, do not worry, as long as it feels strong. Although the intensity may feel as if it gets weaker during treatment, this is normal and is just your body adjusting to the sensation; there is no need to increase the intensity further.
