“The program itself is ok, but the process for downloading etc was very annoying and frustrating. I am not super techie so I was not happy about the *convoluted* process, but in the end it downloaded directly and seems to be working as it is supposed to work. For $20, OK, it is what it is. I don't need an elaborate set-up for my laptop, I just want to be able to open and read documents. *On the other hand, the guys were super supportive and the 5 stars are directed to them*.”
