“The purchase was smooth and efficient. I also tried to create an account in case I make any future purchases. It said that a confirmation email would be sent to me to complete the process. I never got the email. I was expecting better than that from a company named The Software Kings. While that bump was disappointing it wouldn't stop me from making future purchases. Update: The support team immediately responded to my original review, got my account created and linked my purchase to it. Upgrading to 5 stars. Excellent customer service!”
