“Amazing service right from the very begining. I initially reached out via the live web chat requesting some info around how to improve our wifi we have with Starlink. Paul went over the options we with me and said that he can have a team member send through some info along with a quote via email to me by the next day. As promised I recieved an email the next day with a quote and information from Jarrod. I had ALOT of questions and Jarrod was more then happy to answer them. Once I made the purchase they configured the devices for me and sent them out, they arrived super quick and with the instructions and info video they sent out via email we had no trouble installing the devices and getting connected. Our wifi has improved dramatically and we have had no issues. Thank you Tech Geeks for all your support, you went above and beyond.”

“Great customer service and a load of online tech-tips... When they say it's in-stock, you typically receive the item(s) within a couple of days. I've saved money elsewhere, but waited forever for backorder delivery of an "in-stock" item. I know it's a first-World problem, but save yourselves the headache and buy from The Tech Geeks!”

“Had a few questions prior to pre-orderimg the unas pro for my specific use case. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the product and with my intended use case. After confirming some technical questions and putting my mind at ease, it was an easy sell. I was kept up-to-date on the delivery date with my pre-order every step of the way. I even added some additional etherlighting cables after the original purchase with no hassle. Absolute joy to deal with and will purchase from The Tech Geeks again. Highly recommended”
