Significantly overpriced compared to competitors

Thanks so much for your frank review. You purchased a Ubiquiti U7-Pro-XGS which was a newly released Ubiquiti product. At the time many retailers were showing lower prices, but would not have been able to tell you when they would be getting stock. Our prices are higher as we have to air freight these into Australia in small batches, but we could actually get stock when no one else can. The cost is higher to buy and therefore higher to sell. We are though pleased we were able to provide you one of the devices ahead of anyone else!

Australian Shopping is great while New Zealand shipping is terrible.

Hi Angelo, Apologies if you feel this way; shipping from our NZ warehouse usually takes longer as we don't have full control over how they ship from the warehouse space we have there, while we do have full control in Australia, hence the difference in speed. I hope this helps explain the situation. Cheers

4 days of delivery eta and still no box

Thanks Scott for your review. Just for clarity the order you have left this review against is one that was split delivered to you on the 28-12-23 and 08-01-23. We are aware you are having an issue with the delivery of a Ubiquiti on another order and are currently working with you on that one. Again sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
