I am always driven by price and convenience, and they are not your strong points. Your product videos are good and your range is good and well organised. But in Canberra a company like UMart has click and collect which is so good. No fiddling with order sizes to get free delivery, no rejecting PO addresses (who has time to wait around for couriers).

Thanks for your frank review. We don't have shop fronts, so we won't be for everybody, but thank you for the business you have done with us. Half of the products you ordered UMart won't have for many months, so I guess there is a trade off between local pickup and being able to get the items you really need.

My experience up to receiving our product was excellent. On in packaging our product we found that the cable suppled was not compatible with the waterproof connection that was on the booster. This then required phone calls to find out what to do to fix this issue. As well as the delay of installation. Another aspect that I find somewhat amusing is the reason that we have purchased these products is to get better phone and internet access but we were advised to download videos on how to do things but our present technology cannot do it. This might be trivial to some but it’s the real problem for us. Thank you

Thank you for your honest review. As you can imagine, a custom installation involves many different components to ensure everything functions properly. We provided a step-by-step PDF guide for your installation, along with links to helpful tips. Some aspects are best demonstrated in a video, which covers the waterproof cap and how to connect the cables. We will continue to explore alternative ways to convey this information, especially for individuals with limited connectivity.

UniFi AI Port is not compatible with my third-party Luma 820 Turret 4K. Product ends up being useless to me unless I replace them with non-AI UniFi cameras

Thanks so much for your honest review. Is your Luma ONVIF compatible as I believe that is the main requirement for the AI-Port to work. If the Luma is ONVIF compatible and it still does not work, please do reach out to our team and I am sure we can arrange a return of some sort of the device.

Freight cost is very expensive $36 for 250g, which was 50% of the order value and you dispatch system is inefficent which probally is the cause for the very high freight costs, 4 items ordered, dispacted in 3 shipments from different warehouses.

Thank you for your honest review. Just to be transparent, you ordered at 8pm on 2nd December on a 2-8 working day shipping service. Your order was processed on 3rd December and shipped out to you on the 4th. I can see from the tracking it is expected with you 12/13th, which allowing for the weekend in between shipping looks to be within our delivery dates. I understand this is possibly longer than you were hoping for and we apologise.

This review is on the Tech Geeks. not the product I purchased. Shopping online was quite easy on their website. Delivery was really quick too. When I have a slight issue. I emailed them and they returned my emails every time in a timely manner. Although their information was a little sparse. Nice people to deal with, but could do with a little work.

Thanks for your honest review. You did first phone in with an issue not being about to get your camera to connect to your phone when using the phone as a hotspot. One of the team spent around 15 minutes with you the phone and was able to give you a solution that I believe worked for you. You then contacted us with some queries around the solar panel and also a spare part in the box. I am sorry you felt we could have gone further and we will review the notes and calls and see what we can do to continue to improve our customer service.

Thr ordering process was great. But no instructions or warranty were included with the product. Just watched the video to see how to install it and it said go look at the instructions whcih were not included.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you did not receive the booklets in the box, but we are sending those out to you today. I believe in your instance you were looking to the instructions to show you which port in your router to use. This I am afraid is not included in the instruction manual as it is different for each setup. In your instance we emailed over a video to show you how to use the Ruijie control panel (this is needed to make your network secure and private) along with a link to create your Ruijie project.

Thanks so much for your honest review. I have looked your order. I can see we charged you $15 for standard shipping but sent it to you on Priorty at no extra charge. Unfortunately, shipping actually costs us more than we charge, so I'm sorry you felt it was high. I am also not sure about the less-than-obvious inclusion of GST, as we clearly show both prices on our website. Thank you for your purchase and I am pleased we were able to ship to you in April a product that was not available from any other Australian supplier at that time.

Pricing of the unit was good, unfortunately it took weeks to get in from your supplier and then it was shipped to us through Aus Post who sent it to the wrong place which then took weeks for it to arrive at our office.

Thanks for your honest comments. The rackmount kit you ordered is available in Australia, but unfortunely the supply chain to actually deliver it from that warehouse is no where as good as we want it to be. We are working with Rackmount.IT to see if we can find a better way around this moving forward. We are really sorry for the inconvienence this has caused and have credited the shipping cost back to your payment method.

Equipment good. Online service good. My priority paid delivery took 6 days to get to me. You did refund the courier cost, thank you. I will need to factor that lead time into any future order.
