You are overpriced compared to your competitors. I only bought through you for convenience. If you were a bit more competitive then I would consider buying more from your store.

Thank you for your frank review. You purchased a unique item from us that is currently not being imported by anyone else in Australia. Due to increased costs in purchasing, shipping, and importing, we do not aim to compete on price. I am sorry we weren't the right fit for you moving forward, but I'm glad we could provide you with the item you needed.

Parcil piced up Tuesday still waiting nealy a week later. The couriers you use are very poor and will cost you my future business.

Thanks for your honest review. I do note that over your 4 orders you choose the 2-8 working day delivery option with Authority to leave. This does limit us to the couriers we can use and I can see we have delivered all your previous packages to you in that time. Your current order (which is not the one you are writing this review for) left us on the 17th Feb 2025 and has currently only had 3 of the 8 working days for this shipment. We do offer plenty of other options for faster delivery if needed.

Bought several items, 2 of which were out of stock, so I knew there would be a longer wait until they came back into the country. So when those 2 items arrived before the others, I enquired as to where the rest was. "on their way" was the reply. Imagine my surprise when the courier rand to tell me my address didn't exist. Only to discover the package was mis-labeled and sent to the wrong town. Then told it would have to be sent back to be addressed correctly. When I asked for a refund so I could buy with another company and express ship it, I was told they'd fix it, no need for a refund. Was told its not their fault, its a warehouse problem. Of course, its THEIR warehouse that had the problem, so in fact it IS their fault. Long story short, it took over 2 weeks to get an item in stock from their warehouse to my business 1300kms away. All the while passing the blame around so no-one was responsible.

Thank you for your candid response. I have read all of the email conversations, and I can see an error was made in the address. As you pointed out it does not matter where that error was made, we made it as you placed the order with us. I am sorry it took so long to correct. We will learn from this and as always strive to give the best customer experience to our customers.

Thank you for your honest review. As with all shipments if they start to go astray we also suggest to the customer that they raise a request as well as us. We often find the receiver gets a quicker response than we do, so we just try to keep everything moving and the pressure on the courier as much as possible. We have refunded the shipping to your payment method and continue to monitor this delivery as it would look like Auspost have managed to ship to WA and decided to return it to QLD for some reason. Again we apologise for the issues this may have caused.

I got sent a faulty item. The return and replacement process should be smooth. You are the people I purchased from not your warehousing company. I deal with you and not further. What happens between you and your supplier is yours to deal with. Even though I feel for you...please send the replacement out and don't procrestinate further. Kind Regards Ilja 🎻

Thank you for your honest review. I am sorry you got what looks like a faulty item. We have been in contact with you during this process and have advance replaced the unit for you with postage labels for you to return to us once you receive it.

Thanks for your honest review. You have already been in contact with us and we have refunded the express shipping fee a few days ago and raised a request with Startrack for the missing package. In the meantime we have sent out a replacement to you which you are aware of. Thank you again for your understanding.
