“Pricing of the unit was good, unfortunately it took weeks to get in from your supplier and then it was shipped to us through Aus Post who sent it to the wrong place which then took weeks for it to arrive at our office.”

Thanks for your honest comments. The rackmount kit you ordered is available in Australia, but unfortunely the supply chain to actually deliver it from that warehouse is no where as good as we want it to be. We are working with Rackmount.IT to see if we can find a better way around this moving forward. We are really sorry for the inconvienence this has caused and have credited the shipping cost back to your payment method.
